Praxeri private beta

What Praxeri keeps, and where

Version 2026-10-26 · Effective 26 October 2026

Plain facts about how this beta handles your work. The Beta Terms, Privacy Notice and Code ownership & custody are the agreement you accepted; this page explains them in practice.

What Praxeri stores

  • Your account: your name, email, a scrambled (hashed) password, sign-in sessions, recovery-code fingerprints and the version of the terms you accepted. Praxeri can't read your password or your recovery codes.
  • Your projects' working record: your finish line, goals, decisions and facts you confirmed, the roadmap, your Chat conversations, tasks, results and the evidence of what was checked.
  • Connections: the tokens for the services you connected (for example GitHub, Notion, Supabase) and your Anthropic API key are encrypted before they are stored, and are used only for your workspace.
  • Operational evidence: a log of what happened (which step ran, how long it took, whether it passed), made of identifiers and counts, not your code, messages or keys. It's how we find and fix problems.

Where the work happens

  • Everything runs in the cloud. Each build runs in its own isolated build environment, which is deleted when the build ends.
  • Builds run on your own Claude plan: you sign in on Anthropic's own page, and that sign-in stays inside the build's environment. Chat runs on your own Anthropic API key. During your trial, Praxeri's own key pays instead, labelled "Paid by Praxeri".
  • Anthropic does the AI work. GitHub keeps the code. Vercel serves this site, runs the build environments and your private previews. Railway runs Praxeri's service and stores its data. Praxeri does not use your work to train any model.

Your controls

  • Download your data and delete your account in Account › You. Deleting your account removes your sign-in, email and sessions; it never deletes anything you own elsewhere (code in your own GitHub, databases, sites or AI accounts).
  • Disconnect any service in Account › Connections.
  • Archive a project to put it away; archived projects can be restored.
  • Delete an archived project in Account › Workspace (workspace owners and admins). For 30 days you can restore it from Recently deleted; after that Praxeri erases its records of the project for good (its internal event logs keep only anonymous ids and counts).
  • Recovery codes let you set a new password yourself if you forget it.

Backups

  • Praxeri backs up its records once a day and keeps the latest seven, so erased records are fully gone at most seven days after they are erased. Your code's real home is GitHub, so it is not in these backups.
  • Connection keys stay encrypted inside a backup; the key that unlocks them is kept separately and is never in a backup.
  • Backups are kept with Praxeri's service on Railway. A copy somewhere else has not been set up yet.

Known limits in this beta

  • Praxeri doesn't set up a database or publish your project to the public internet yet; previews are private to you.
  • Code moves to a personal GitHub account only (not a GitHub organization) for now.
  • Safari opens previews in their own tab instead of inside Praxeri.
  • A preview stops after 15 minutes without use; opening it again starts it again.
  • Trial code is held for 14 days after your first preview; if it hasn't been moved, we email you and delete it 48 hours later (see Code ownership & custody).
  • The terms may be updated after legal review; you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue.

Not decided yet

How long records are kept for an archived project that is never deleted, where an additional off-site copy of the backups will live, and how long account records are kept after an account is deleted are still being settled for the beta. We'll update this page, and tell the cohort, when they are.
