Version 2026-10-26 · Effective 26 October 2026
McMasters Holdings, LLC owns and operates Praxeri and is responsible for the personal information described here. Praxeri runs entirely in the cloud: your projects are built in isolated build environments that Praxeri runs, not on any device of yours.
What we collect and store
- Your account: your name, email address, a hashed password, sign-in sessions, fingerprints of your recovery codes, and the version and time of the terms you accepted. We can't read your password or recovery codes.
- Your projects' working record: what you tell Praxeri (your finish line, goals, decisions, facts you confirmed), the roadmap, your Chat conversations, tasks, results, previews and the evidence of what was checked, including content you choose to bring in from connected tools.
- Your code: during the trial, in a private repository in Praxeri's GitHub organization; after you move it, in your own GitHub account (see Code ownership & custody).
- Connections: the access tokens and your Anthropic API key that let Praxeri use the services you connect. They are encrypted before they are stored, used only for your workspace, and never sent to your browser or to a build environment.
- Your Claude sign-in for builds: when a build runs on your own Claude plan, you sign in on Anthropic's own page and the sign-in stays inside that build's isolated environment, which is deleted when the build ends. Praxeri never sees your Claude password.
- Operational records: a log of what happened (which step ran, when, how long it took, whether it passed, what it cost), made of identifiers and counts, not your code, messages or keys. We use it to run, support and fix Praxeri.
How we use it
- To run Praxeri for you: understand your project, recommend next steps, and carry out the work you ask for or approve.
- To keep Praxeri secure and working, to support you, and to supervise the small beta cohort.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your work to train AI models.
Who pays for AI, and who sees your requests
- Builds run on your own Claude plan and Chat on your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic processes those requests under your own agreement with Anthropic.
- During your trial, your first build and trial Chat run on Praxeri's own Anthropic API key instead, under Praxeri's agreement with Anthropic, and are labelled "Paid by Praxeri".
- Praxeri passes requests through. It never resells, marks up or pools AI usage.
Services that process your information
- Anthropic (Claude): the AI that does the building and the Chat answers.
- GitHub: where your code is kept, during the trial in Praxeri's organization, afterwards in your own account.
- Vercel: serves Praxeri's web pages, runs the isolated build environments and hosts your private previews.
- Railway: runs Praxeri's service and stores its records and backups.
- Notion and Supabase, only if you connect them: they receive only the requests Praxeri makes for your project.
Your controls
- Download your data and delete your account in Account › You. Deleting your account removes your sign-in, email and sessions; it never deletes anything you own outside Praxeri.
- Disconnect any service in Account › Connections at any time.
- A deleted project can be restored for 30 days; after that Praxeri erases its records (internal logs keep only anonymous identifiers and counts). Daily backups are kept for seven days, so erased records are fully gone at most seven days later.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; contact us to use them.
Changes
This notice may be updated, for example after legal review. Each version has its own date and version number, and you will be asked to accept a new version before you continue.
